I am trying to renew my lease, for which I get many reminder emails, and then got a letter about someone coming to look at my place because it's now on the market because I haven’t renewed, meanwhile, I’ve gone to their office 3 times all during their posted business hours, and each time they were closed. I finally was able to get there on my lunch break and had to wait in the office for 45minutes, even though I was the only person waiting. Also - my tub takes 12 hours to drain, and they came to "fix" it once already, which did nothing. Then the apartment above mine stated leaking drain water - sewage - from above my entrance door. I have a wet spot right inside my entrance and the ceiling looks like it's about to come down. I called a week ago and so far nothing has been down about it. To

First of all, they don't even have the correct address listed here on Google - the correct one is 4106 Walnut St. Because of this, I sent my check to the wrong address, which resulted in a late fee, which they refused to waive. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional through the whole process.
