This place is EVICTING people during COVID. Residents who have lost their jobs and waiting for unemployment benefits. They pile on late fees, and are unwilling to work with local agencies to prevent evictions.. AVOID this place.. 2 months to get an outlet fixed, mold from bad plumbing..only a few units were fully renovated..most unqualified maintenance staff I've ever seen. Broken refrigerator took 2 weeks to replace, dryer hookup took 2 months to fix.. Go anywhere BUT here
Looking for a place to stay, this is it! The new management is very caring and is investing in making this community and Greensboro a better place. Just look at the name, Unity place, it’s all about working together to make things better. Like night and day from the last management, that was a nightmare!
It is obvious that the new owners have invested in remodeling the buildings, updating the appearance and cleaning the property. These apartments are in a great location and a value for the rental price.
New management has done a great job updating the apartments and complex. Solid location and value!
