From the very beginning our experience with Unity Homes was very positive. We started our project during the midst of the pandemic and conducted our business with Unity Homes via Zoom meetings. They were professional, informative and helpful. We were very impressed with their design esthetic and program. We never travelled to the physical plant, but were convinced that they were the company to design and manufacture our XYLA in Rhode Island. The advice we received over the course of the project was sound and extremely helpful. When the time came to assemble the house on site, the Unity team was engaged, professional, and efficient. My wife and I had an excellent experience building a Tradd with Unity Homes this past year.  We opted for the shell only package and worked with a local GC to accomplish the site and finishing work.  We visited the main office several times, saw the timber shop, and toured the factory during the process and were impressed at every stop along the way.  Both Project Managers we worked with had great communication and good attention to detail, and Unity's estimated timelines for design, manufacturing, and installation were true to life for our project.  The install crew was personable and hardworking and it is obvious the pride the Unity team takes in their work. The quality, design and energy efficiency are superb.
