The worst experience ever! Johnny Smiley is solely about taking a persons money by any means necessary. He is demanding a commission from the potential builder of my house, yet performed no services. Johnny Smiley owner of Next Level Realty claims to be my broker yet he never contacted me. My builder told me that Smiley was under the impression the house was built. Guess what we never broke ground! This military veteran was told on veterans day week that my appraisal by the VA was less than what the selling price is. The builders asked him to reduce his commission so that they can offset the price with the reduction the builder is giving me. His reply "I'm a veteran also", and only offered a 1/2 percent. A 1/2 percent reduction, and performed no service outside of having his former realtor

It was truly amazing 🤩. I had so questions answered even a few I didn't think of 🤔. The staff was excellent 👍. Looking forward to finding my new 🏡
