She let us know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. She listened to our needs and budget and recommended a lender to compare. It took a while for affordable homes to sell out quickly, but Iris was aware of it the entire time. In my opinion, she is the best real estate agent in the Miami area, if you want to hire a professional realtor who will fight for you and take the purchase of your future home as if it were for her, hire her. I would not recommend Jina Fuentes as a realtor to anyone. She lacks professionalism and integrity and made the closing process of the sale of my property extremely stressful. I trusted her as my realtor but I was very disappointed with her and the entire experience from beginning to closing day and even after closing. She did not deliver on what she promised. I am a very dissatisfied client and would never use her for any real estate business.
