As an energy conscious individual I am incredibly frustrated with this company’s stance on solar collection. We were told by the builders of a housing community we wish to buy into that solar would be allowed. However once we received the HOA bylaws it explicitly prohibits solar (a source of CLEAN ENERGY)! I would understand if they restricted placement to the rear of a property but to outright ban them, that is ridiculous. Regrettably Virginia allows this in its laws, if it is in the original statement of a HOA upon its establishment. The HOA will be handed over to the residents once there is enough residents in the community, with this rule on the books. I would like to recognize Ms. Maria Mullen, Administrative Assistant with United Property Associates, for her outstanding service. Ms. Mullen went above and beyond to assist me with drafting an official email to my loan officer verifying my ownership of a property and confirming my good standing with HOA payments. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a significant difference and allowed my mortgage loan approval process to move forward smoothly. I am truly grateful for her support and the exceptional level of care she provided. Ms. Mullen is a tremendous asset to United Property Associates, and her dedication deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated.

Cynthia at the front counter is a nightmare to work with to get stuff. I showed up with what Chelsea (there employee) told us to in an email. She didnt want to help be because she wanted a paper copy not elec like we were told was fine. She then told me "thats not my problem". While the conversation continued she cut me off twice while i was trying to speak. I then called her out for it and told her she will show me the same respect i am showing her by letting her speak. She then wanted to back track when she got called out for being rude. Both times over the last 2 years I have had to come to this office I have been recieved with attitude right out the gate. And them get told to drop mine when I shoot it back. For the last 3.5 years we have been targeted by the possie in our neighborhoo

Mike is truly one of the best parts about living here. As a tenant, I can honestly say he gives me a good reason to stay. I appreciate how he always makes sure the work is complete and the order is finished before leaving. His positive attitude and reliability really make a difference.
