If you’re lost about where to start when buying a home, United Mortgage Company is the place to start!! I didn’t have a clue of what to do. Started the process with Dmitry, Jake and Allison and they moved me in the right direction. They were professional, kind and understanding. Once I was approved, I worked with my loan officer Jake who was phenomenal with guiding me through the process. He communicated with me day, night and weekends!! Made himself available when I had questions. Now let me tell you about Linda!!! Linda was excellent at gathering up and receiving all documents from me. Luke assisted with documents as well. I just closed on my home 11/25/24. I haven’t even been in the house more than 5 months and I have already started having issues with this Mortgage Company! From the beginning I signed my mortgage agreement at the closing table! I paid United Wholesale Mortgage on time and the payments were even a payment ahead! I then started receiving Escrow Checks in April from this Mortgage Company with letters saying I had overpaid in my Escrow Account and the Mortgage was going down $900. Now after receiving 3 Checks back from this Mortgage Company for Escrow Overpayment they sent a letter to state the Escrow account is in a negative! Now my Mortgage is going up 1,500 dollars! How could that be if United Wholesale Mortgage sent me checks for overpayment to my Escrow Account?! I called the United Whole
