NOW HEAR THIS!!! The people, and I use that term very loosely, have got to be some of the most unprofessional, rudest, disrespectful, demeaning people I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Have zero clue why they chose to work in a field where they have to deal with people. There's a female who sounds like she's elderly and is extremely rude if you call to ask a question. They lack basic human decency, they do NOT care about the condition of your apartment, no matter how many times you filled out those service request forms. The people who work here should switch to working at high level prisons since none of them have an ounce of kindness nor compassion running through their veins. We can't speak to our complex manager since there's NEVER ANYONE IN OR AT THE OFFICE!!!!! Fil

We live in the property in Boone nc. I will say we have an amazing landlord Kacey. But the corporate mangers are very unprofessional and rude, to the least. They do not care about the tenants. They live with hate in their hearts and try a make tenants lives miserable. Doing my recertification an I have no control on how long it takes for certain paperwork to come in the mail and they don’t care. They wanted to pursue eviction paperwork over paperwork that is out of our control. Not even late at that. They have lost against us in court a few times and just try a make our lives worse an I just laugh at those miserable women. And best believe they try a make you pay for the court fees that they file for as well. They are quick to file eviction paperwork but can’t fix the moldy buildings and

United Management where do I start. Slumlords! Unprofessional people who don’t care about nothing. They don’t fix nothing the outside of the buildings look horrible paint gone off the stairs no pressure wash spider webs everywhere trash everywhere. The on-site office ran by ghost nobody ever there and when they are the phone goes to voicemail and the office door be locked. The state need to investigate them asap!

91 degrees in this apt now at 3:46pm, A.C. went out last evenning around 6pm, called UM ii numerous times, next morning, maintenance man came at 12:10pm, left at 12:20pm, it is now 3:50pm haven't heard from him. Just a recording from U.M ii that they are aware, and problem is being worked on.

This place is a fraud. I found out 8 months ago that I was receiving a utility allowance that hasn’t been applied to my utilities. I’ve been receiving this allowance for a while now. I went all the way back to 2022 and reviewed my recertifications and there it was, a utility allowance in the amount of $174. I called UM a few times to speak to someone in the accounting department, but no one has returned any of my calls. I’ve been responsible for paying my own Utilities to PWC, and has also received assistance from the Department of Social Services. I put in my 30 days notice to vacate the premises because it’s been one thing after the other since I inquired about the utility allowance.
