Just know this, buyers, but primarily sellers. This clown, steve-o, does not do a 50% co-op. He will give the buyers agent 2% and keep the bulk of the commission, the 3 %or 4%, for himself. Now if you were a seller, wouldn’t you think that the person who BRINGS the persons to BUY your home get at LEAST an equal cut?! Lets talk about steve-o's work ethic. Never has all the docs required, and requests title companies, and other agents to do his work!! Makes the SELLER come to HIM!! Who makes a seller come to him, unless you are in the stone age and cannot use a computer with a doc u sign, or like program, you are BANGING them for 5% or 6% and paying ONLY 2% of that and not going to the client?! Any buyer who deals with any of his office??!! A co-op and broker reciprocity means you share

Excellent Realtor. Have purchased 3 houses due to steve knowledge of the area and understanding of the market. The properties have become great rentals.

I have tried to call this hoker and number is not in service. Will use a different realtor. This guy should have his license revoked
