Buying house can be a frustrating process, but Phil made it feel much less so! We contacted Phil and let him know the sort of house we were looking for. He then got in touch with us when one came up that matched our description (in fact, surpassed our description because he found a place that is perfect for our two dogs). The house was a private sale, and Phil was amazing at liaising with the owner throughout the process. He was super fast to answer any questions we had and was just in general very helpful.
