Thieves imo, got one of 2 items won at auction, 1st item a firearm was shipped and delivered no problems, the 2nd item a suppressor was like pulling teeth to get anyone to give me information, called and stipped by my ffl to inform them to contact these people, contacted these people to let know my ffl had contacted them, had to have the online auction house contact them to get with me about the issue, that went nowhere, time passed and apparently the company changed ownership and that somehow becomes my problem since it took so long to get back to me my item incurred storage fees. Im still wondering where my suppersor is, an nfa class 3 item just floating around out there because of these people. I mean it was won and purchased by me. I can not speak to their real estate business practices, but I do know a leopard doesn’t change its spots. I won a firearm at an online auction. Prior to any contact they billed for the purchase and did not provide an invoice until it was requested. Inside a very lengthy policy, they charge a 20% auction fee, a $200 cancelation fee and storage fees of $10 a day. If you request refund, you’ll be hammered with so many fees the purchase price of the product would be completely gobbled up in most cases. They are no better than common thieves. If you need any more evidence, read their responses to previous reviews complaining. Innocent and honest people don’t respond that way.

I normally don’t write reviews, but hopefully this saves someone from headache. I believe Dakota Auctions and Bismanbids are affiliated with each other and run by the same group of people. I won an auction item from Bismanbids in Oct and was promptly charged and told the item would ship within 21 days. Of course, the item has yet to be shipped and we are well past any reasonable shipping date. I reached out to this auction house via email and phone and they did actually respond, but only informed me that their supplier is behind on shipments. I asked for more details and a new expected ship date, but was never given those details, only that my item is in a queue for shipment. I won suppressor from them at auction in March of this year. I paid the invoice and provided all requested information about my SOT immediately. It still has not shipped by September, and they have not responded to requests for a serial number or some other verifiable proof that they have filed the Form 3. The only response I have gotten from them in six months is a vague promise to file the Form 3 again, but have not provided anything I can track. All I want is a refund so I can be done with this failed transaction.

Bret handled my brother's estate auction for me. He and his crew did an excellent job. Our farm was included in the auction. It sold very well. I live 500 miles away so much was done long distance. That did not present a problem. I am happy to recommend Bret.
