Union South Bay Apartments

The team here at Union South Bay are pretty dynamic. The leasing staff are always very responsive when you submit request for maintenance and repairs. And they are all very friendly. Anytime I have questions about anything they always help me. Now let’s talk about Fernando. Fernando, came to my apartment less than an hour after I submitted a maintenance request in the portal. He did a great job with my repairs. He made sure my light worked properly again and he tightened up my faucet. I really appreciate his help. Thanks to all the great staff here at Union SB. Keep up the great work!

Think again before leasing here. I recently turned in my apartment and there were things that were quite upsetting. First off, management is always watching (they live in the complex). They will ask for your key card while you’re in the pool with your guests (2 guest per card holder). Second, fruit flies were a major issue not only for us but for other residents as well (we had no fruit outside of the refrigerator). Third, the 4 electric vehicle chargers that are in the garage were always occupied by vehicles that weren’t even charging (huge inconvenience). Fourth, the elevator has been down for more than a month now (stairs had to be taken daily). Fifth, they do not assign your parking space on the floor in which you live. Our smoke alarm was going off for a few times and didn't stop for awhile. Decided to go down to leasing office for help but Fernando was right down the hall, looking for where the sounds came from. Thanks Fernando for swift response and being helpful. We really appreciate it as new tenants.

Anthony and his maintenance team are always exceeding my expectations and uphold a high standard when it comes to handling business. They move fast, and get it right the first time, every time. They make everything look easy! Marleni is definitely understanding and incredibly welcoming. Her and her team are always there when I need them when it comes to general questions, or requests.

Appreciation Message: Fernando and Victor from Union South Bay Maintenance are incredibly dependable. Whenever we need assistance, they respond right away- like when they promptly came to fix our stove. Their reliability gives me peace of mind, knowing I can always count on them for our maintenance needs here at the apartment. Thank you both for your excellent service!
