Union Point Apartments

This is the worst apartments I have ever been to. If I could rate it a 0 I would. I do not recommend at all. Me and my father moved here not even a week ago and it’s already terrible. There is a lot of roaches coming from no where. Then the washer is flooding our neighbors building. This is just ridiculous. I should have known these place was gonna be shitty when I seen the stairs. The inside of the apartments are really small. They did a terrible paint job. There is nothing great about these apartments at all.

Building 21 has a Roach issue! I’ve asked for a bug free unit(only been here about3 months) or to be allowed out of my lease neither was done. I feel stuck here I’ve never had to live with roaches it’s uncomfortable and disgusting. I’ve sent several emails attempting to get this resolved and to speak with corporate (which also was never done)they will spray but that’s about it. Maintenance guys are very quick at fixing things and responding to work request. I would only recommend this place to someone who has absolutely NO other choice.

The people who do construction on the vacated apartments left pallets sitting on the grass. A neighbor asked if the complex would come remove them and they told her (an elderly individual) to do it herself. This is not the first time issues like this have happened. We've had screws in our tires because of their construction crew just leaving stuff everywhere. Also, we had put in a work order and they never came out to fix the issue.

Horrible management they have yet to give my brother-in-law his deposit keep getting the runaround. He moved out in December keeps saying that it’s the bank we’ve called the bank. Nothing has to do with our bank still waiting on a deposit till this day.they sent a email on January 20 saying it would take 3 to 5 days.

I really have enjoyed my experience living here, approaching my 1st full year and the experience has been phenomenal. The staff is always super helpful and very kind. The apartment I have was newly renovated when I moved it and I think it's quite nice. My kids and I enjoy the pool and I appreciate the secure complex with a working gate. Any maintenance has always been addressed very quickly. My only complaint would have to be the parking, the parking lot is a little small and if you get back later than 7 or 8pm you may have to park further away from your building because the spots get taken pretty fast. But other than that I've had a really great experience living here. :)
