Union Park

First the good things: - The sales staff were amazing and helped us through the entire process. Can't thank them enough. - The construction managers were also very nice and kept us informed of the building process. - The location is also great and, from the outside, the community looks really nice. - We caught one issue with the bathroom tiles (the layout was terrible) early and they worked with us to get it resolved. On the minus side, I don't think that would have been the case, if it was caught closer to closing. We would have probably gotten some excuse along the lines of what I have listed in the complaints. Perfect location. Walkable neighborhood. Close to shops & dining. Easily accessible to DCA & IAD. Minutes from 495, I66, G/W Pkwy & Dulles toll road.

We wanted to love the place but sadly it didn’t feel like a home. No communal spaces for kids or adults. It felt like a little more effort for amenities could have made this place incredible.

Amazing architecture! Love the look , very unique to the area. Tyson’s is Fastly becoming an urban oasis

Happy with the quality of everything! For once, we have townhome community in NOVA that doesn’t look tiring!
