Union Park Apartments

My husband and I have lived at Union Park for a little over a year now, and this is by far the best complex we've rented in. The area is great to live in, further from city noise and a quick drive to grocery stores and the mall. Very nice, reasonably priced apartments with great amenities that are hard to find (i.e. pantry, built in microwave, heating AND cooling, etc). Jessica, the property manager is such a kind, hard working person and any problem/issue we have had, she is on top of it. Chuck is our maintenance person on property and he is also amazing. He's super friendly to talk to, and is very timely on anything that needs done!! Both Jessica and Chuck work very hard to keep the complex clean and orderly, and we appreciate everything they do!

Me and my wife have lived at Union Park Apartments for 16 months and it was great! Besides the occasional noise of the neighbors and phone service not always being great. The management of this location is great! Jess in particular is the real MVP, super responsive and accommodating!

Overall, the complex is okay, but there are several major issues that management has failed to address. 1. Security concerns: Last week, car windows were smashed in the middle of the night. Instead of taking proactive measures to improve security, management asked residents to provide their own footage. The complex should already have security cameras in place. 2. Unsecured property: There are no locks on any of the gates, allowing anyone to enter freely. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen non-residents rummaging through the trash for cans. 3. Trash overflow and pests: The trash situation is unacceptable. At least 6 days a week, the receptacles are overflowing. Trash spills into the parking lot and pet areas, creating unsanitary and hazardous conditions—especially for pets. There are also

I’ve been here almost 5 years and I love these apartments! It’s always felt safe and they take good care of the property. Jessica is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about people. Our maintenance guy Chuck is amazing! He goes above and beyond.

I recently moved out, as well as my two roommates. We lived here for 4 years in a three bedroom apartment. Over the years there have been multiple management teams. The current team is astounding and they've been in charge of the complex for about 2 to 3 years now, if I recall correctly. They've stepped up and do a lot better than previous management, they are quick with the maintenance orders and do a great job coordinating and communicating with the residents. The community is fairly quiet, kids will run around during the day, and the neighbors are kind. People tend to keep to themselves, and the area is kept clean. We only moved out because it was time for us to find places with our partners, and preferably closer to our jobs, otherwise I'm sure we would've stayed longer at Union Park.
