Union on Fletcher

I recently toured Union Apartments and was extremely impressed with everything the community has to offer. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt welcoming, organized, and well maintained. The amenities, apartment layouts, and overall presentation of the property truly exceeded my expectations and made a very positive first impression. I especially want to recognize Ayanna, who guided my tour. She greeted me warmly as soon as I walked through the door and immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. Throughout the tour, she was incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out most was how proactive she was, she answered many of my questions before I even had the chance to ask them. I have lived here for almost a year and have no complaints! The amenities are clean and up to date. Management is super up to speed when you need them even if you call them at 1am. The appliances in my 4x4 work perfectly and have never had an issue! The staff here are very good at what they do and are happy to talk to anyone! Especially Jamie, talking to her feels like talking to a friend, she's super nice and understanding when you have any issues or concerns! Will be living here next year!

0 stars if that were possible. I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a year and a half, and this past year has been the worst housing experience I’ve ever had. I was randomly assigned a roommate who has verbally and physically assaulted me. I reported the incident to both management and the police and am currently waiting on a court date. Despite this, management has refused to allow me to switch rooms. The only “option” they offered was a 4x4 unit with a cat, even though I signed a lease for a 2x2 and my dog cannot be around cats. That is not a reasonable or comparable solution. On top of that, this same roommate continuously violates the non-smoking policy, which I have reported multiple times. Management has taken no action. This roommate has now violated both the smoking and violenc

Maria was an absolutely amazing tour guide! She was incredibly patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Her friendly and welcoming personality made the entire experience enjoyable, and I truly loved touring the community with her.
