Union House Apartments

Lived here from 2018 to 2020 (I'm one of the very first residents here) The place is better than most places you can find around here, convenient location, nice services. The residents here can use the facilities of the apartment right in front of it, as they are managed by the same company. If you are afraid of loud noises from the main street, this is the place to go. The apartment in front of it blocks the noises :) And the staff is helpful and reasonable - as long as you give reasonable accounts, they will help you out to the best of their abilities. I moved out during COVID and the elevator was out of order on the moving day. I had no choice but to leave some of my trash as they were unmovable by the staircase. Very poor service and quality for the price. Stay away! The building has been built with a lot of flaws and management is not doing their job to fix the issues. - there's no heating vent in our master bathroom, the temperature is constantly way colder than should be and management is not fixing the problem - water in the bathroom consistently goes from hot to cold, which makes it impossible to take a shower - you cannot switch between shower and faucet in the bathroom while taking a shower, as the switch gets stuck. - doors don't shut well, they're new, but they get stuck - dryer doesn't dry clothes well, you'll get it back lukewarm, unless you want to run 3 cycles in a row (and then some of it still will not be dry) - a lot of small things in the kitchen that make it hard to use (they

Shoddy construction and poorly maintained building. There has been vomit in the lobby for 3 days and despite numerous complaints it has not been cleaned up. Just shameful
