Horrible communication. Met for a showing and was told application would be emailed. I wasnt and they ignored all emails and calls. Lady knew nothing about the apartment and was not friendly.

Don’t rent from them, they will literally go out of their way to ruin your life especially. Especially Ann. She’s a liar and incredibly unprofessional. She evicted me mid month for no reason when my rent was already paid through that month, then tried to charge me $4,000 for a “cleaning fee” despite only giving me a week, with absolutely no notice to get my things out of the apartment. She is a horrible person and should not be a landlord. I was an amazing tenant and always paid my rent on time. She is just miserable and mean. Don’t rent from Unicron unless you want to go through the same BS I went through.

I rented my first apartment from them and the whole experience was made fair, easy, and accommodating. Everyone at the office is kind, but Linda and Ann were absolutely amazing! Anytime we had an issue with the apartment, they were quick to respond to requests and repairs were made quickly. When we moved out, I had forgotten a key in the apartment and was very anxious to have it back. I contacted Unicron and they were so quick to grab the key and mail it to my new address, even though I was no longer renting from them. They go above and beyond every time and I highly recommend you rent from them!

Would've loved to look at the apartment that I was scheduled to see, however it was cancelled without any notice to me. I couldn't get through to a person, just an automated machine when I tried to call for more information. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. If the unit was rented before the showing why not just send me a text or email? Ridiculous.

Filled out 3 applications for an available apartment. Each of us paying $35 for the background checks, etc. Never even heard back that they got our applications or that the place was rented. Terrible communication. We were shown the apartment with another group of interested applicants which is unprofessional as well. Do NOT waste your money with these guys.
