Very fast in responses, professional, and rates were lower than some other major mortgages that I had quoted (one of them was telling me that there can be shady ppl giving me a fake quote on rates, only to switch it up a lot during actual closing, but since I knew Matthew was reputable, it just meant that the rates were much lower than what the competitor could match). He was also very attentive to a lot of my questions as a first time homebuyer - I was questioning a lot of things, being nitpicky, but he was able to explain and guide me through the process.
