Uncommon Auburn

I don’t usually leave reviews, but The Uncommon genuinely deserves it. From day one, the property management here has been next-level. The staff is professional, responsive, and actually cares about residents—not just checking boxes. Any issue I’ve ever had was handled quickly and thoroughly, which is rare these days. The property itself is extremely well maintained. Common areas are always clean, amenities are on point, and you can tell a lot of pride goes into keeping the place looking sharp. It feels safe, welcoming, and well run—exactly what you want when choosing somewhere to live. What really sets The Uncommon apart, though, is the management. My daughter lived here last year. She had wonderful experience. The girl at the front desk I believe her name was Bradie was always super helpful.

Fine place to live however utterly ridiculous when it comes to guest services such as parking. They “run out” of guest parking passes constantly and you cannot alter dates on the ones they give out or you’ll be towed by HDK and have to pay over a hundred dollars to get your car back.

Literally one of the best places to live in Auburn! The staff is awesome and the location can’t be beat!
