⚠️ Rented an Uninhabitable Home & Refused Lease Termination Review text: I am sharing my experience with Ultimate Properties so other renters can make an informed decision. I rented a home managed by Ultimate Properties and initially experienced a roach infestation. While they eventually addressed the roach issue, the process felt dismissive and required repeated follow-ups on my end. Shortly after, a much more serious issue occurred. There was significant damage to the walls and ceiling, requiring major demolition and remediation. Entire sections of the wall and ceiling were opened, insulation and framing were exposed, and industrial drying and remediation equipment was placed throughout the home. I've been renting a property from Ultimate for several years now, and I've had a great experience with them. If anything in the house needs attention, they respond quickly and have a repair person reaching out within a couple of hours to schedule an appointment. If there are questions at all, they communicate quickly and are very helpful. All in all, I've had a great experience with Ultimate and hope the owner of my home continues to use their services for years to come.

We recently rented a condo through Ultimate Properties, and overall our experience has been excellent so far. First of all, the rental process was easy and straightforward. There were no last-minute surprises or undisclosed additional fees—everything was transparent from the beginning. Second, the company has an outstanding maintenance program. Since moving in, we’ve had two issues with appliances, and Vanessa has been extremely helpful in resolving both incidents quickly and professionally.
