The agent seem to have a great deal of difficulty in grasping sources of income that would qualify for rental (the qualifying income was actually seven times the amount of the rental). My agent and I were both led to believe that my application had been fully approved. I then got a cashiers check and sent it off to alter my properties. I would then find out the next day that the application had been turned down as the agent had done what he described as “due diligence.“ In pursuing the past of my dog back to residences ago. My cashiers check then arrives and despite having asked for my return address twice, the agent simply refuses the delivery. I suppose this is a cheap way of having the check go back, but of course it means I will have to chase it down at a UPS office. A completely unsat

It was a great experience working with Ultima Properties. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for us.
