U32 Apartments

U32 is a great place to live, the staff are welcoming and the amenities rock! The manager Donavin is always super helpful and is great at communicating to all of us residents about events and stuff going on around the building. Isaac is also fabulous to work with, he showed me the apartment and you can just tell he loves his job so much! Highly recommend moving here! Never have any issues. Not to mention their flooring vendor is the best in town! 🤌🏻

new owners so far are not starting off well at all. rude staff and hot tub has been down for almost 3 weeks now. sounds like it won’t be working any time soon either.

I’ve had such a great experience living here. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. They really go above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. The building itself is always kept very clean and well-maintained, which makes it feel like a comfortable and welcoming place to come home to. I really appreciate the positive atmosphere and how much pride they take in keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend!

I’m a 6 year resident at U32 Apartments and this place is an absolutely WONDERFUL home. I know there are other residents that have lived here awhile as well, and I fully believe that the length of residency is perhaps the one thing that can speak SO much louder than even a full blast 5-Star review – which I also happily give. U32 is one of the best homes I’ve ever had while being away from home. I’ve always felt welcome, clean, safe, and appreciated. The staff is AWESOME and managers make living here an easy choice! They had fun events and great amenities. I’ve met so many lifelong friends here! The rooms are spacious with AMAZING closets you won’t find in any other rental! For the price, it exceeded my expectations. I love it here, sad to be leaving!
