U-District Student Housing: Kelsey Apartments

I have had a good time living here with my roomates! Only issue I have experienced is noise level from neighbors and people outside as we do have the apartment next to an entrance. Maintenance is really good at responding right away! Dylan has been very helpful in answering all of our questions and getting back to us at a reasonable time frame!

My roomates and I’s apartment is pretty spacious and a decent price. Management is usually good about response and maintenance is often timely when responding to work orders. Packages are probably the main issue because they get stolen often when they aren’t placed in the lockers which is very frustrating. Other than that it’s a nice place to live as a student!

I toured here looking to transfer from lakeview and the new Leasing Manager Dylan was amazing super upbeat and made the tour fun and informative!!!

Kelsey doesn't offer tours to their apartments. This should've been the number one red flag when I first looked into their place. We moved in and there were already damages on the blind covers. Below the couch, under the fridge, and on the sides of the oven were dusty and dirty. The heater was dusty and would have a burning smell when turned on. For upcoming residents, I would really recommend that you take pictures of when you first come into your apartment. Our base rent stayed the same but there were unexplained spikes in our utility bill. The laundry/washer costs also changed from time to time and you couldn't always guarantee if your clothes were going to be washed or dried properly because of how faulty their machines are.
