Customer Reviews
Just toured the renovated apartment and it is amazing!!! It seems like outside the apartments is still being renovated and could be cleaned up a little more but inside the apartment is very lovely. Dylan was very helpful and sweet in showing us around and letting us know about our leasing options. Really looking forward to living here next year!
Im going to break this down by category starting with quality: Let me start by saying that upon moving in the first time here, there were already a lot of problems with the apartment. Faucet sinking linking continuously, shower hanger coming off from barely touching it and the worst of it all, the shower fob coming off as well. Water spewing out, happened 2 times to me and once for my roommate. The carpet floors were stained badly. Also, there is no AC unit which made summers miserable, thank goodness for fans the very least. 1/5 stars on quality Maintenance: absolutely phenomenal team. Super responsive and I have to put in a good word for James, always responsive and top of it. 5/5 Property management. Poor. The only positive thing I can say is them working with my financial situation b
Ever since new management, it’s been terrible. The new manager has only cared about how this place looks and not the convenience and safety of the residents here. Earlier in the year everyone got a notice that the elevator would be down for 6 weeks and it was supposed to be done in the early half of July. I moved out a week ago (8/24) and it still wasn’t available for residents. I left a review on the community website around June or July stating that someone would get hurt and indeed someone did get hurt. My boyfriend and I were moving our mattress down the stairs (from the 4th floor) which was a pain in itself, but my boyfriend fell a couple steps down and cut himself on the glass protecting the fire extinguisher which was broken prior to him falling!! He got a cut and scraped his back u
Shamefully bad. Do not waste your time or money. EDIT: I didn't think it could get worse. It did. The front gate broke and would not open. It remained unfixed for over a month and to enter you had to go in through the garage. You can also just open it by reaching your arm between the bars so it provides no security anyway. If you are on the first floor, two of the bedrooms will have inward facing windows so your windows will be unusable. They do not provide natural light or fresh air, but they do make it super easy to hear the bustle of other tenants all day and night! Also don't even THINK about getting a package shipped here. They just get thrown in the hallway (if you're lucky) and I cannot tell you how many signs I've seen from poor tenants asking for their stolen packages to please
Lived here last year. The more places I live the more I realized how good Apex was. Service team was quick, and people on the phone were always kind. Yes the mail room can get messy and the laundry is too expensive, but overall it was a decent place to live.
