Customer Reviews
The Degree at Liveudistrict stands as an exemplary choice for student accommodation, seamlessly blending comfort with convenience. As a resident here, I've found it to be more than just a place to stay; it's a vibrant community that fosters academic success and personal growth. The facilities are top-notch, offering modern amenities that cater to every aspect of student life. From spacious study areas equipped with high-speed internet to cozy communal spaces perfect for socializing, LiveUDistrict understands the needs of its residents. The rooms themselves are thoughtfully designed, providing a tranquil retreat after a long day of classes. What truly sets them apart is its commitment to fostering a sense of belonging. The staff are not just administrators but friendly faces who go above
Living here is practical and relatively affordable. If you live at the Legacy, you may likely have troubles with bugs (even if exterminators are called). The leasing office is pretty quick to complete maintenance orders, though. Another downside I’ve experienced (bugs are the main issue) is that there are no parking stickers provided to residents so parking will sometimes be hard to find.
Living at the legacy I don’t quite feel like we get the same treatment as the Degree, the apartments have lots of problems but staff is usually quick to respond to repair orders. There’s lots of events and giveaways, and I feel like the change in management has helped. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I’m happy to be moving elsewhere.
The degree is a nice safe place to live with a lot of amenities. Legacy is not the safest (my apartment got broken into) so be sure to get an apartment on the second floor and change insurance companies. U district’s insurance doesn’t cover many things (like robbery).
I like living at U District because of how close to the school it is. The Legacy has good rent and furniture included. The maintenance is also quick to respond and I appreciate that a lot.
