Tyson Woods - Smith Douglas

I'm a new homebuyer. I was searching for new construction home and I found Tyson Woods - Acworth. I set an appointment with Laurence and visited the same day. Working with Laurence has been great! He asked the right questions and made me feel welcome and "at home". He is super easy to work with and truly cares about people. He takes the time to make sure you get what you want! Pro: Room Sizes!! Laurence showed me the biggest floor plan and I was WOWed! The Owners Suite - Master bedroom was MASSIVE. I mean, I never seen anything like it. I could do cartwheels all up and through that room! Man, It was so beautiful! Con: Distance. Too bad it was too far for me and my work, or I would have purchased it right on the SPOT! :) Overall Laurence is a great representation of what customer service SH
