Two Twenty Vine Apartments

Living at 220 Vine has been such a great experience. The apartments are modern, clean, and well cared for, with a real sense of comfort and community. The building and grounds are always kept in great condition, and the location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Sarah, has truly made the difference. She’s kind, approachable, and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. You can tell she genuinely cares about her tenants and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend 220 Vine to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

I recently moved into 220 Vine and it’s been a great experience so far. The building is new, clean, and well maintained, with a convenient location that’s close to everything downtown while still being quiet and relaxed. The outdoor common areas and pool are fantastic, making it easy to unwind or spend time with friends. Sarah has been amazing to work with. She’s super friendly, always quick to respond, and really makes sure things run smoothly. You can tell she truly cares about the residents.

220 Vine is such a great place to live. The building and facilities (pool, courtyard, mail room, gym, etc) are well maintained. The property team is also responsive and helpful with requests. It’s in walking distance to so many great places and the parking garage connected to the building is incredibly convenient. Sarah H was great with showing me the apartments and getting me through the process quickly. I look forward to spending the next few years here!

Overall - luxurious for not a luxurious price. 220 Vine is beautifully built and landscaped. The rooms have 12-foot-high ceilings, are well constructed and laid out, and include the latest appliances. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The gym has an array of good equipment, the mailroom is well secured, and the pool and grill area are well designed and inviting.

Absolutely loving my new apartment at Two Twenty Vine! The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the move-in process was smooth and easy. John Campbell was our leasing agent and he made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself is gorgeous and new! The location is perfect close to everything in the arena district. Highly recommend!
