Lindsay who runs the office is amazing. Very kind and understanding. I didnt feel like I was talking to a robot which is nice for companies like this. She took my concerns seriously and offered support. She takes her job seriously but also treats everyone fairly as expected. Amazing experience!!! 😉

Ive been here a while and have had hardly any issues. Lindsay is amazing and brad (bread 😆) is pretty great too. I love these people and im happy to be here. The property rules kinda suck but its not staffs fault. ❣️

Maintenance and office staff (lindsay) are really really good people. They're reasonable and understanding and willing to accomidate when necessary. The negative reviews are from people who have been evicted

I have lived here for almost 8 years and have loved it. They spent thousands of dollars to upgrade everything, gave us air conditioning, new floors, new appliances, and even new landscaping. This was an amazing stepping stone for my family. I especially love my manager Lindsey, she has gone above and beyond for us, she is super friendly and exceptionally helpful. I am going to miss her and our maintenance guy Brad after we leave. Thank you for an amazing home.

Manger can’t follow their own contracts. They lie. They will be aggressive if you question their claims against you. It’s best to find somewhere else to live.
