I called a realtor (Pat Zackman) from this office to discuss a rental she had listed in Holmdel. I explained to the realtor that my husband and I were on the market for a rental and wanted to see the home as soon as possible. She and I spoke a few times and we finally scheduled the appointment for 2 pm. To our surprise, when we get to the location the realtor was not there! We called her office who was also unable to reach her. We waited for an hour, hoping that the realtor would arrive or call, before deciding to leave. I never received an email or a phone call from the realtor apologizing for not showing up to the scheduled appointment. Not only was that extremely unprofessional on Pat's part, it was also rude.
