Two Hundred West Apartment Homes

I have been a tenant of 200 West Apts. since the beginning of their existence. I am huge on customer service and have to acknowledge Lauren for her due diligence. She is truly for the residents of this property and is a genuine person. She is thorough in her works and rectifies matters in a professional and considerate way. I couldn't have asked for a better living experience for my family and I while under the property management of Lauren and her team! Forever grateful and thankful. :)

I've tried scheduling tours several times with this complex and I've never had a successful one. The first time I was understanding as they said they had no available units. The second time I booked a tour on their website and when I arrived for my tour, they had no knowledge of a tour being scheduled. Today I had a scheduled tour at 10:30 am and when I arrived for my tour, the building was locked and no one was inside despite me arriving during open hours. Nothing posted on the door except a "sorry we're closed. We will return at 9:00" sign. Load of bullcrap. I hear so many nice things about this apartment from my friend who lives here but clearly they aren't run by competent people.

This place is a horrible place. It doesn’t deserve any stars. Rude and loud neighbors, trash everywhere, the police, firefighters and ambulance are here every week, the maintenance has painted over the MOLD growing on our sealing, we’ve complained about loud neighbors and they haven’t done anything, condoms on the floor, dog poop everywhere, and there’s even more. The only thing nice about this place is their gym.

I had a wonderful experience with 200 West staff. Melissa was professional, kind, and patient EVERY time I called and spoke with her. Every other staff member I encountered was kind, cordial, and professional. I called frequently to check their availability. I did get my apartment, the property is well kept. Every resident I spoke with raved about the place. I will be moving soon and I am very excited. I agree with the other review, you have to be patient and "trust the process". And....it is well worth it!

This is best and most amazing place I’ve ever live is clean. We have best most amazing maintenance team out here. Tom really goes above and beyond he’s always working beside his team and up Lifting his team and that’s what makes amazing a supervisor. When I tell you we have some amazing new staff in the front office friendly the property manager is amazing he reminds me of Tashanna. Assistant manager is amazing as well she remind me of the first team that was here before this property opened up. Keep up the good job because y’all are absolutely amazing.. if you get a chance to move out here you would definitely not be disappointed Living with the Franklin and Johnson company from Norfolk to Virginia Beach All there properties are absolutely amazing.
