Twin Towers

I enjoyed touring the community. My leasing agent, Alberto was very knowledgeable, engaging, and kind. I really enjoyed my tour and I am considering making T.T. my next home. The apartment itself was spacious and the location is prime.

While I was looking for apartment, signing the lease, and moving in, I was treated with great deal and detailed guidance. Carmen, the building's leasing office manager, is incredibly kind & helpful. She is professional in her work and helped me have a smooth moving. I am satisfied living in Twin Towers and recommend it.

The laundry room definitely needs work, but I wanted to give the twin towers 5 stars for the uniquely caring and supportive management team. Ana Morales in particular made living here a wonderful experience, as she was always eager and quick to help me with any issues I had. She made this feel more like a community than a corporate apartment building. Wherever I end up next, I will miss the feeling of being in good hands that she provided.

Don’t rent here to many problems don’t fix or take forever to fix it storge elevator always break down they fix it but don’t work like it should down to wash or clothes once we’re done washing elevator don’t stop on G1 so we have to walk to the other side the garage door on G1 doesn’t work been like this over a month roches and mice like the office manager doesn’t care at all knowing they change manager since I been here have to send a letter to the county check this place out and need another person help out in maidence only one person to fix the problem which not fair only thing they want your rent paid on time like to know we’re all the rent money goes to sure not fixing the problem here to bad. The area is nice but this place is not going to look somewhere else around this area so thin

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not live here. Please take time to read my experience. I moved to Twin Towers (TT) on August 2021 and since then I’ve been experiencing issues with the place until the day I moved out. I was originally staying in apartment 615. My tub and sink would clog on a consistent basis! Then I moved to apartment 402 in 2024and things went down hill. My kitchen flooded several times, my toilet overflowed several times this issue actually started a few days after I moved in, we had a mice infestation, roaches came up the sink, and the air quality was so terrible that my roommate and I had to go to the emergency room. The doctor confirmed that the bronchitis and chest pain we experienced were due to environmental factors. We had people come over to our apartment
