Twin Pines Apartments

Our experience with getting my mother moved into Twin Pines was made extremely easy by Flor Gamboa. She was very responsive to emails and calls and super helpful when we wanted to see the property. The approval process was also easy and straightforward. I am thankful the management team worked with us since we were working with a very short time frame. Flor has continued to be helpful now that my mom has moved into the property with any questions and minor maintenance requests/needs. I would definitely recommend this property and their staff, especially Flor to anyone looking for a new place!

Nice and quiet. Walking distance to a few restaurants and coffeehouses. Flor is available to answer questions and help with issues. As always inspect and ask questions.

I’ve had a great experience living here! Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner, which makes a huge difference. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ruby—she’s always so kind and goes above and beyond to assist with anything I need.

I am leaving a review bc I know how important apartment reviews are to me when I am apt shopping. I have officially been here for a year and I love this place. The appliances are new and very nice. Lovely floors. Spacious kitchens! Closets are nice! I do not have a single complaint. Can’t beat the location. Property is always clean. Management is the best part. They have been extremely helpful and very responsive since day 1. If I need any help or have any issues they respond immediately. I have never had to wait longer than one day for services. They’re also just very nice! Everyone who lives here is friendly as well. Most people that I have talked to have lived here for years and loved it. Never had any issues.
