This is a great place to live. All staff are super friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. Jake just replaced my doorbell and took extra time to straighten out the box on the wall. He even answered a completely unrelated question I had about to hang something on the wall. I got a text message before he came asking if it was okay that they enter. Al manages the front office and you couldn't ask for anyone nicer. He's easy to talk to, always has a smile, and always follows through.

I almost escaped from this complex. The leasing office is the worst ever. They nearly do nothing. Dropped maintenance orders often and never intervened with people destroying trees, lawns, and bushes to grow vegetables and perfectly block their neighbor's main window with their vegetable vines. Some so many tenants are living with many more numbers than the policies. The unit above me had two bedrooms, and they had six regular family members and two other adults who regularly "visited" the household, no matter how they defined visiting. Of course, the excessive numbers of people make excessive noise all day and late at night after midnight until 2-3 in the morning. It was the noisiest apartment I ever experienced. Overall a very nice place to live. The front office staff are friendly and they have to sort through 100+ Amazon packages everyday and text all of the tenants, so hats of to you all! Update as of 8/10: The management just had my washer, dryer and microwave replaced. Turns out they should have been replaced, but it was missed. I really appreciate having some brand new, clean appliances!! My biggest complaints are: 1. "Hassle free fee" is anything but hassle free for the new tenant! After you move out the hassle free fee pays for patching holes, painting and cleaning. All of these things are a standard part of property turnover, so I'm not sure why we are charged for them.
