Twin Oaks Apartments

Laundry Matt always dirty no one cleans it some of us residence clean it cause we don’t like dirty laundry Matt . Maintenance are becoming lazy an leave their trash behind after cleaning out an apartment. The prices is ridiculous high for how cheap these apartments are made remind me of the projects back home an they are cheaper. The only good thing about here is it’s quit an allow pets.

I've lived here for two years. I'm a retiree. The area is quiet (meaning no loud parties) but it's near the fire station and Rescue Squad, so you hear their sirens. I have a first floor, 2 bedroom apartment, with a back door that looks out on a wooded area. It's quite peaceful. Pets are allowed. I'm right across from the Laundry Building. The apartments are less than a mile from Food City (Starbucks inside) Dollar General, Family Dollar, & Sonic (to the South) and Weigel's, Waffle House, Wendy's, Arbys, Bojangles, Taco Bell, McDonalds, and a few more to the North on Rt 92 (Right off I-40) There are both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Also HUD apartments. I feel quite lucky to live at the Rand/Dandridge apartments. Great Location & affordable.

Was going to move in but after I paid 500 just to reserve it, not even for the deposit mind you, they then pushed my move in date back and brought up renters insurance which was never stated in the stipulations. Then when I decide to change my mind due to them hiding fees in the beginning process they try to tell me I am unable to receive the 500. Huge laughing stock for the quality. Would not recommend
