My man has been here for a long time so he’s considered a resident. He may not be on the lease but he’s still considered a resident. He’s been here for a month and two weeks and she wants him out today and he literally has been helping me out with shit. And she is saying that it’s gonna be $50 a day for him to stay here and that’s not right That’s illegal

I hope I get to come back. It was definitely rough around the edges but after living in my car for a year, it was like staying at the Ritz Carlton in comparison. I never experienced rats like everybody else or even roaches. There’s a lot of sketchy a** people out there but honestly, I met most of them, and they seemed pretty chill. My rent was 775 a month, My electric bill was an average of like 50 bucks, and the water bill was already paid for. That’s a great deal in my opinion. only real complaint is that you had a better chance of getting struck by lightning than you did of getting hold of the property manager She did look like a hard-working woman, though, so More than likely she does other work maybe on different properties. PLEASE READ!!! These apartments are so GHETTO and the chick in the office who is the “manager” is TRASH. Her and her scrawny husband who has to carry, since he’s such a little embarrassment for a man that goes around talking trash to residents and their guests with his gun on his belt. They both appear to be on drugs of some kind and they steal. My fiancé and I went in to apply for an apartment, because they were recommended by a friend as good pricing. I had no idea they were going to be so run down and covered with cats and dog poop EVERYWHERE. The manager told me she would hold our $50(app fee)to reserve a spot until we were able to provide her with all the information they needed, in which she also told us to make a fake W2 if we had to. They're known to accept all applications and ultimately keep the fees. My friend gave them a money order but didn't fill out the application yet. When he went back for his money they denied him. He has since reported them to the BBB. Apparently they do this all the time. 5 years ago they did it to my mom and daughter. They took an application fee for a minor and then denied them.

Stay away they will keep your deposit they don't fix anything mold every were. No one's ever in the office only in the morning for like an hour
