They give you an issue if you want to pay cash and show that you can in advance in addition to buying a trailer home, I think I dodged a bullet with this place. They claim they need an offer but yet you don't get to send offers unless you're approved to live in their park. It looked like a dump once you drive through the park. They play games with people that they are going to deny anyways and that isn't right.

I don't even live in hillview park and get harassed by a resident when I'm only there to transport different people to stores and food pantries who can't get to those places.. some Dave that says he's head of security or something threatening to call police and have me arrested when I don't even get out of my car I'm just helping people out ..wow I don't need someone yelling at me ..some business when you can allow that..I've been in customer service for over 30 years..I understand when there's others ruining it for other people but my lord don't harass the ones helping people that are not doing anything wrong but driving into a park next time I will contact my lawyer

Owners are horrible. Rumors say the plow guy is usually drunk. The water isn't sanitary. Every trailer is on clay and is sinking into the ground. There are very nice people there and some I would trust with a pet rock...

I stopped to get plumbing supplies for my trailer they had just what I needed for a very reasonable price. I tried to leave without my phone and the nice lady who waited on me chased me to my car and returned it to me . Thank you very much.
