My wife and me have been really happy living here. The apartment has a great layout, it’s comfortable, and everything is well-maintained. The price is fair for the quality and space we get. The environment is peaceful, and it feels like a safe and welcoming community. The management team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They’ve made our experience very positive, and we truly appreciate the way they run things. Highly recommend!

Just moved in and it seems like a great place to live. Had an issue with my heater and they fixed it immediately.

I’ve been living here for 7yrs and it’s been a wonderful experience. The response time for a maintenance request is anywhere from immediately to 24hrs. My carpet was in good condition at move, but over my 7yrs it slowly started to wear down. They replaced it with no problems. They are also respectable when I request that they wear booties when entering my apartment for fixes or routine maintenance. The apartments are nice, cozy. The dishwasher, washer and dryer are a definite PLUS. And it’s also within walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. And right now I believe their rental rates are the lowest in the area. The only con I have is that parking spaces are not assigned to residents. And every so often it’s impossible to get a parking spot anywhere near your apartment.

They are very nice people .they answer all your question ,I recommend any one come to twin lake apartment it's very clean and nice place to live and quiet.
