Update October 3 2025. Happy to see that driver is no longer with you all. I saw the truck coming from Knoxville yesterday after 5:30pm. Maybe the truck will make $$$$$ now that a "man" is driving it! The other driver was home every day between 3:30-4:00pm. They have 1 driver who resides on Reed Lane, Jacksboro that picks up women in the company truck during his work shift. He also uses the truck to grocery shop, pick up medication, go to court, go to the bank, conduct all of his personal business on work time. Must be a good place to work. He also carries a gun in the work truck.

Zero communication skills, no planning, terrible attitudes. These guys will straight-up tell you that they're working "on right of way" and they're closing your driveway for 2 days, without any planning or heads-up. Then they'll leave it halfway closed for 6 months, and pretend not to know when you call them about it. The guys who work in the field are totally disrespectful, and the MOST rude people ever! If you ask them about anything they're "just doing their job" and the rest of the World should deal with it.

This company is working to expand HWY 70 from the junction with 53 to the intersection of 96. They were responsible for breaking a water main pipe causing my water pump to burn up due to continuously pumping air. I wrote a letter explaining the situation and included the plumbing bill noting the cause of the damage. In the letter I noted their liability and requested reimbursement for my out of pocket expenditure due to their error. That was over a month ago. To date, I have received no response.
