Living in this apartment complex has been a wonderful experience! The property is consistently clean and well-kept, showcasing the staff's dedication to maintaining high standards. The management team is not only friendly and approachable but also quick to respond to any inquiries or maintenance needs, demonstrating a genuine concern for the residents. Overall, this has been one of my best living experiences here in Georgia, and I highly recommend it.

They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The community manager, is genuinely authentic words can’t fully capture how incredible she is. I give her a well-deserved five stars for her outstanding customer service, her dedication to me not only as a tenant, but as a woman. Thank you, Mrs. Shanice, and thank you to your amazing staff as well. I really like my apartment.

The maintenance team is great. Antoine is one of the newer maintenance techs, he is thorough with his work, and he is courteous and detailed in his explanations of the work orders. He makes sure he completes the service orders in a timely fashion and he takes time to double check his work and clean up behind himself. He has been a great addition to the Windsor Vinnings team .

This is a non-smoking community. We as the residents who pay rent have to abide by the no smoking policy which includes in the apartment as well as anywhere on the premises including inside personal vehicles parked on the property for safety reasons. I have a small child I don’t want to be subjected to smoke inhalation etc. yet EVERYDAY maintenance feels it ok to light up a cigarette while working. Then they have the nerve to put notes on doors reminding residents that this is a non-smoking community and failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in termination of the lease agreement in which we are required to to continue paying the remainder of the rent until the lease is officially up. That is totally ridiculous and they should practice what they preach and not let people working

I recently came to visit the property the first week of the month.Shanice is a great and nice property manager and who showed me around and answered all my questions about the apartments and questions I had as a first time renter. I can't wait to move in.
