From the initial conversation I had w/ Ryan about the project my client wanted to borrower on he was able to give me solid info on how to structure & submit. Sent in minimal docs, & he had a term sheet out the same day. Borrower signed the term sheet, loan docs were sent the NEXT day. He signed, then we had it funded the next business day! Four days from initial conversation to funding! Better than advertised. Now we be my go-to for this niche lending Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Ryan Tuttle & his team a call.
