My experience with Tuttle Armfield Wagner Appraisal and Research, Inc. was incredible. I worked with Matt specifically, and he was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable in his field. I had multiple appraisals completed, and each one was done within reasonable time frames, provided ample background information validating the valuations, and he took the time to explain in detail why he came to the values he did. He was working with opposing counsel which was not easy to deal with, but he did so with professionalism and went above and beyond for me. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs appraisals completed. I trust this firm 100%.

We ordered a Replacement Cost Estimate (RCE) appraisal as well as a land-only appraisal for our church. There were a few minor clean-ups that had to be made, but their office was very courteous and responsive during this process, and the overall result was 2 very well-done appraisals. I was very impressed with the amount of work that obviously went into the land-only appraisal and the quality of both appraisals. I believe it was money well spent and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Having worked in economic consulting that focused on the housing market and coming from a data background, when the appraisal came in much, much lower than any publicly available data, I naturally and politely asked for insight into the methods used and what the final numbers were supported by. My request was met with rudeness and a lack credible evidence in support of the final appraisal. When I was told I could submit counter evidence, I did so and submitted a quality sample size offered from a local realtor that I'd vetted, it was ignored. If you're looking for credible, quality work and service, done in a timely manner, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Matthew and the entire staff have been very helpful. Always available to answer questions, and share insight to valuations of commercial properties. This group knows the Brevard County market, and are a great company to work with.
