Tuscany Villas Galleria Townhomes

I have been living at Tuscany for a couple of years now and I must say I love to call this place home. The price, space, and location checked every box off of my list. Tracy has been a great help with my family and i renewing our new lease.

Please turn the other way around and run. Don't bother leasing here. This is a terribly managed and serviced apartment. For all their moniker and marketing this as "luxury Townhomes", is basically a joke. The maintenance team is terrible. They take multiple attempts to fix a problem. They are super slow and majority of the times the leasing office doesn't lick up the call.

It’s as if these people don’t want business. I have tried for 2 entire weeks to get in touch with anyone for a tour and info of the place. The only thing I ever get is a text asking for availability then radio silence. Zero follow up. Zero responses. Zero professionalism. I’ll take that as as sign to go elsewhere. This place is a joke

Awful management. We lived the townhome less than year and manager has changed 3 times. This can tell how unorganized they are. If you call the office, they never pick up. Never. It only goes to VM. No return call of course. If you email, they don't reply. If you submit maintenance request they may come back after few days but not always. Maintenance for townhome is awful and they still charge $88 amenity fee every month. Unless management improves, I don't recommend at all.

Good space and location. The townhouses were built in the 90s and this is obvious wear and tear on the floors, carpets, walls, appliances, and fixtures. The walls are very thin, and you can hear and feel your neighbors going up and down stairs and moving throughout their homes. Maintenance is not timely, and requests are often closed before addressed. Window seal is old so bugs will get in. Same issue with sliding doors, front, and back doors - bugs will get in. Ask to view your unit before you sign and make sure what's being promised to make the townhouse ready – gets done.
