Parking is HORRENDOUS . Unless you wanna walk from another complex just to park your car every day I don’t recommend living here. Plus, they put stickers on your car because they fail to understand that some households have more than 2 cars. However, it’s a very safe neighborhood.

Horrible parking experience 10 out 10 do not recommend

Been living here for 15 and the association is total chaos. Everything is a nightmare, residents have no right whatsoever to do anything with the property. You can’t park the car anywhere without risk of being towed. And even if you follow the rules they tow it.

There is no physician on scene. Many residents have dementia and are reluctant to call for an ambulance. Staff do not use common sense and will not call 911 if a resident objects even though anyone with an hour of first aid would recognize a life threatening presentation. Defibrillator's not readily available and staff untrained in use.

Tried to use gym but the security guard wouldn't accept my license which has my address on it as ID lol.
