Tuscany Ridge Apartments

Living here for a year. Had a good view on a second floor on an empty parking lot. Had no washer and dryer and had a carpet all over the apartment (not a best choice for me) This is not perfect and is not bad at all to live here. * Fair for the price. * haven't seen any roaches. * No issues with garbage * management messaging about any issues occurs in the complex. * Enough space to park off the street if you have a second car * No pet fee Cons: * Catalytic was stolen (Prius Gen 2 is easy target) * Washer and dryer are not in all apartments.

Overpriced by a country mile. The “pet deposit” is actually a fee that you won’t get back. Parking is awful, don’t plan on having more than 1 car. One of the managers is extremely nice and caring, so is the maintenance worker - he’s awesome! The other manager… not fun to deal with and not very helpful.

The manager Karla and maintenance man Honorio are great. I have lived here for couple years and we love it. The service is super. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

as a first time, renter i was very shy to speak to someone in regards to my credit.Karla, was such a great help and even though I have not met her in person yet, I cannot wait to apply for the apartment. Looking forward to staying here long-term with my daughter thank you again KARLA. 😊

Living here almost 5 years now ! Peaceful clean maintained. Not a 55+. If you enjoy families laughing at the pool. Young adults enjoying their music in their car coming home. Dogs barking when they walk. Then this is the place for you ! Roofs replaced lot repaved every year landscaping every Friday. Honorio is the greatest Maintenance Technician ! Karla and Jay are the BEST! Best of all dogs ARE ALLOWED !!! YAY !!! I wish Tuscany would allow me to buy my apartment. I live right at the pool. Love my slice of heaven💕
