This place is an absolute nightmare to live in. I regret signing a lease here every single day. The level of service is beyond unacceptable — it’s insulting. They take your money instantly, but when you need anything, you are completely on your own. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails, and the leasing office repeats the same useless phrase: “Call the manager.” The manager is a ghost — completely unreachable and absolutely worthless. Nothing here is maintained. The pool is disgusting all year long, the property is neglected, and basic requests take weeks or never happen at all. My mail was stolen between 4-5 pm on the following dates of 2024 and more. Credit cards used. May 2 , May 3, May 21, May 23, June 7, June 14, June 28. Police report was made and management notified. Nothing was done, even with cameras they shut off the power and stole again, worst place to live.

Pros: - decent prices - the area -I have a place to live. -rent doesn’t increase too much. -not too many roaches (I have seen a couple here and there over a 15 month time span but they are already dead and I just have to sweep them up.) It’s been almost 2 months since I’ve moved in. The amount of dog poop here on the property is absolutely disgusting. My “valet trash” has been picked up literally once since I moved in but I’m still getting charged $25 a month for it. There’s multiple apartments with their alarm going off and it’s been like that for 3 weeks now. I didn’t even get to look at my unit until the day I moved in. No one called me once my application was approved. They just took all the excitement out of moving into a new place and ruined it even more with the lazy upkeep.

I had the worst experience ever with an apartment complex. First, I was denied, but then I spoke with Iiham, the underwriter for Richdale Apartments. She requested additional documentation, which I provided. A few days later, on February 12, I received a call from a leasing agent at Tuscany Gate. They informed me, "It looks like your application is being approved. Which apartment are you interested in? You should receive a call about the deposit soon." I didn’t hear anything for a week, so I called on February 18, 2025, to inquire about the deposit, since the move-in date is next Saturday, March 1st.
