Tuscany Apartments

We have been living here for almost five months and there has been a severe cockroach problem. Whenever we open any cabinet, a large number of cockroaches come out. They are often found on spoons and plate. We cannot leave any food items on the shelf because the roaches get into them. Disturbingly, they have even been found inside the fridge and dishwasher. Despite regular spraying and using traps, the problem has never been resolved, and it has made living here extremely uncomfortable. The shower drain clogs and fills up constantly, no matter how many times we try to clean it. Lastly, the building is very old and the cabinets and drawers are in poor condition. They are very loose and often get stuck while opening or closing. Due to these ongoing issues and because we have a four-month-old

Asia’Unna provided amazing customer service, giving us a great tour of a two-bedroom apartment. We loved the layout and decided to lease same day. The extra space has been perfect for our family of 3, and our daughter loves her new room. Thanks, Asia'Unna, for a smooth leasing process, answering all our questions and being patient with us. I’ll add updates to this review as time passes since we’re still new to the community and haven’t had a chance to get to know our neighbors or check out the amenities yet.

This Apartment is infected with roaches, I’m making this post so people don’t get tricked by false reviews these apartments are infected with roaches. They come out in the kitchen and other places, no matter what poison or traps set they will persist. Please do not move here. They will most likely get inside anything electrical you bring in the house. It’s not livable and just stressful. Thank you!

Very dirty building and staircases. Kitchen cabinets are rotting and full of cockroaches coming out of the wood. The smell of marijuana from neighbors fills our apartment every day. We have complained many times and nothing has been fixed. We are stuck because breaking the lease means paying a big penalty. Do not recommend.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of touring a 2 bedroom with Krista who had amazing energy from the minute I walked in the door. I applied as soon as I left and couldn’t even wait for the results to share my experience. I drove through the complex a few days prior in the evening and it seemed peaceful. The grounds are well kept and the price is reasonable for sure. The unit was spacious and clean. Krista was sure to answer all my questions and allowed me to spin the wheel to get 1/2 off my admin fee.
