Tuscana Bay Apartments

I lived here for two years and I loved it. Maintenance was always quick and efficient and Robert was caring and super nice. I never felt unsafe and neighbors were nice and usually quiet. 1 bedroom had an open concept and a decent size bathroom. The only cons I would say was there was no recycling and noisy cars but my window was right by the parking lot so that’s probably why. It is an apartment so of course there was little issues here and there but overall I really liked it, definitely one of the better quality ones in Corpus.

Nice exterior apartments ans landscaping. But over the past year feels ghetto. People leave trash and pet waste everywhere. You pay decent rates for those who get vouchers to destroy the community. Also people from community always sneaking in pool and sometimes super rowdy

The apartments are beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a layout that feels like home. The grounds are lush and serene, offering a peaceful escape from daily life. Great location. I love the layout of these apartments. Maintenance does a great job of keeping property clean. Pool is small and there is no gym sanitation or maintenance. I liked the idea of tenants having to pass background checks. However, I find the issue to be within the community’s hypersensitivity for complaints. I have had a conversation with another tenant where they brought up the same issue during our brief conversation.

We have lived in many different apartment complexes and residing here at Tuscana Bay has been absolutely wonderful! The staff in the office are friendly, professional and they treat you like family. They go far and beyond! We rarely encounter any maintenance problems, but when we have had an issue it is taken care of in a timely manner. It is a quiet place to live. The other residents have always been friendly, respectful and we look out for one another. There is always plenty of parking. My husband and I have been very happy residing here. We would highly recommend it to anyone.
