Tuscan Reserve Apartments

I moved out of Tuscan Reserve a few months ago. When I moved out, I was WAY overcharged on my last month of rent. I called the office MANY times to see if they can explain these charges, and I got no answer. One of the managers, Megan, would not answer her phone or give me a call back. I told one of the assistants that I just wanted to see what these charges were for, but I still did not get an answer or a call back. I ended up just paying the few extra hundred dollars because I was just over the whole situation. Even now, months later, I have no idea what these charges were for. Management is extremely rude and corrupt. The hottub was also broken the entire year I lived here. Tuscan Reserve is honestly a great place to live, but it’s just not worth dealing with management issues.

Melody and Jennifer are amazing! They care about you and treat everyone with respect. I recently had an issue with my A/C and Melody was responsive and very quick in handling the issue. They both are major assets to this community. I personally work with people everyday and I truly know how challenging it can be. I included pictures because if anyone wanted any additional help in making a choice to live here, pictures always help! Really a nice place overall. Thanks again Melody and Jennifer!

constant change in management and rules. the place has gone totally downhill since being some of the first tenants to live here 5 years ago. the pool is broken half the year usually. hot tub worked maybe 2 months in past 2 years. and rents gone from 1700 to a whopping 2400 in 4 years. they don’t regularly leave AC filters. they blow the lawn off about 5 days a week at 8am to wake everyone up. management is the worse after they sell you. be weary. might have a decent lake view but the palm trees have not been trimmed since moving in 2020!!!! Hot tub doesn’t work, Pool is always closed. management harasses and spy’s on tenants as they have a manager living on the property taking notes after 10 PM at night. everyone around us has moved. it’s dirty. they supposively spray but have red aunt

If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet, spacious, and friendly place to live in the Palm Coast area, look no further! Since my first experience with Tuscan Reserve I have been very impressed with the way of life here. The apartment homes are equipped with the nicest, newest appliances, I love my balcony lake view and the residents here are very kind and friendly, you really feel apart of a family when you live here. I couldn’t be happier with making the choice to call this home for me. Also shout out to the great front office staff, Jonathan, Rachel, and Jena, they will help in every way they can to make your transition as smooth as possible, you couldn’t ask for a nicer, friendlier and more professional staff.

This place is beautiful! My Fiancé and I took a tour of the facility and absolutely fell in love with the complex and the apartment we viewed. Rachel was the one showing us around, I cannot say enough good things about her. She was friendly, professional and laid everything out for us so we could have a complete understanding of what we would be getting into if we decided to apply. I am very sad to say we did not go for the unit since it was a bit over our budget, but whoever gets that apartment is one lucky person!
