Turtle Creek Village Apartments

BAD complex. Lived here 9 years UNTIL I upgraded places. turtle creek has gone downhill. first off, the neighbors and Apartment Management (LISA and DAWN) are REAL BAD. DO NOT report neighbor's actions they will use notice to vacate form as RETALIATION early before lease is up. Turtle Creek Village Apartments WONT state reason as shown on pic. always paid on time. entrance has no gate. unsafe. Lots of abandoned cars. tenants film You in your face for no reason. Tenants park irregularly and in your spot on. they damaged my expensive toy. I had to take them to court myself because they were dishonest. glad I was rich enough move to MUCH NICER complex nearby quickly and be done with turtle creek village apartments. Lived here for 4 years and can say it is well kept and safe. Management is awesome and understanding the the maintenance men and grounds keepers do a great job keeping up with the place. Would recommend 10/10 times for anyone looking to move into a NICE and AFFORDABLE apartment.

I formally lived here, though the outside property is well maintained. The maintenance workers are quick to get request done, takes about 2-3 times of calling them out to actually fix an issue. Not only that, as everyone in this day and age. Everyone is having it hard with inflation, my mother who was living here had a large lab dog who suddenly passed away on the carpet. She asked the apartments if they can replace the carpet, they denied her. So myself went and tried to get a carpet that was about identical as I could get. I paid $1800 for the carpet install since it was a hazard. Now they did not want to renew our lease because of my mother threatening to get an attorney. I read the negative reviews and they’re absolutely ridiculous. I lived here from April 2021 to 2022 and I absolutely loved it! The staff in the front office was kind and always responded to emails and phone calls, whenever I needed anything looked at or fixed maintenance was there within the hour, and the neighbors were really friendly. There’s a work out space, several pools and outdoor areas, and a laundry room. My apartment was absolutely wonderful too. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and affordable. I never ran out of hot water, never had issues with the heating or cooling. PLUS it’s close to everything in Belton and not too far from Temple, Waco, or Austin. 5 stars all the way!

My boyfriend and I moved here almost two months ago and we are absolutely in love with this place! Dawn helped us with the entire process and was incredibly helpful! Staff is incredible, maintenance is always on top of it! Our shower broke last night and was up and running at 9 the next morning! Truly blown away!
